Customers can cancel their ride booking for free at anytime during the ride.
If for any reason the driver has to cancel the booking (e.g., due to vehicle issues or an emergency), the customer will be notified immediately, and no charges will be applied. We will attempt to arrange an alternative ride for the customer if desired.
