We will investigate the matter, and if your claim is found valid, we will offer a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
If you believe you were wrongly charged or there was an error in your billing, contact our customer support within 48 hours of the ride completion. Upon verification, we will correct the discrepancy and refund any overcharges
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment that was used for the ride, unless otherwise specified or agreed upon by both parties.
